What's it all about?

"It's all about the Reboot!"

Joe Cross is an inspiration. After watching a documentary called "Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead" I was inspired to start a new healthier lifestyle as I began lurching from Middle Age to Old Age, which never comes on it's own. It wasn't because I was fat (Ok a bit. Well, quite a bit, actually), I certainly wasn't sick (to my knowledge) and neither was I nearly dead (hopefully!) but it came out of a recognition that I did need to do something. I wasn't looking for perfection and had no intention of giving up my vices for ever - but I didn't want to continue as I was.

This blog is about my experiences on the Programme and hopefully will be read and shared by the people I have managed to persuade to do it with me.
